A: Yes, the ankle brace is a very thin, tightly compressed knit product, which fits easily into shoes and sneakers.
Q: Can I wear socks with the ankle brace?
A: Yes, you should put the brace on first, and then place socks OVER the brace. You can also choose not to wear socks at all.
Q:Is the brace washable?
A: You can either hand wash or machine wash on the gentle cycle in cold water. Lay flat to air dry.
Q: How do I know if the brace is too tight?
A: The brace should fit comfortably on your foot, providing a uniform compression on your ankle. However, the brace should not (a) feel excessively tight, (b) leave deep marks or grooves on your skin, or (c) cause tingling in your toes.
