BRD Sport guarantees all of our devices against manufacturer's defects for 6 months. Please must obtain a return authorization number from our office before returning your product. Please email nina@brdsport.com for RA number.

BRD Sport will only pay customer's shipping costs if the item delivered to you was a result of our error. We do not accept returns in the case of:

• Any items that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase
• Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged
• If it has been worn or dirty we cannot accept it

We also suggest that you ensure the return for the full value of the items.
